These terms and conditions apply to direct all our services available online, via email or telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and / or by making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages and online booking service provided on these pages and through this website owned, operated and supplied by Country Spa, and are provided only for your personal, non-commercial use, under the terms and conditions below.
Purpose of Service
Through this website, we, Country Spa, we provide an online platform through which visitors to the website can make reservations at our location in Country Spa respectively by booking a room through www.countryspa-retreat.ro, enter a contractual relationship (which requires the legally) with Country Spa. From the moment you make your reservation, your booking details will be sent directly to the hotel and also sending these details of your hotel booking to you.
Our services are available solely for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, you may not resell, use, copy, display, store or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
All prices on the website are displayed including VAT www.countryspa-retreat.ro and all other taxes, unless otherwise stated on our website or email confirmation.
Sometimes the lower prices are available on our website for a specific stay at the hotel, but these prices may have special restrictions and conditions, for example with regard to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and price details carefully for any such conditions prior to booking.
Confidentiality
Country Spa respects your privacy. Unless required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure excluding the transmission hotel name, mailing address, e-mail and details of booking and payment processor for payment by credit card, we will not disclose your personal information to third party without your consent.
Cancellation policy /No show
Making a reservation, you accept and agree with the cancellation policy / no-show and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking or during your stay, including for services rendered and / or products offered by the hotel.
Please check the room details carefully for any such conditions prior to booking.
Please note that you can be charged in case of cancellation / no-show in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel.

Country Spa, as administrator of the website www.countryspa-retreat.ro may, at any time and without notice, revise these Terms and Conditions by updating them. You must comply with any and all such revisions and therefore you should visit this page of our website regularly for updated notifications to take notice.
Hotel policy:
Accommodation / release room
Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out ends at 12:00.
If you request late check in, an additional 10% of the room rate will be charged for every 2 hours. The request is conditioned by the availability of the room at that time.

Children Facilities:
Children up to 2 years old have free accommodation, in the room with 2 adults without extra bed (breakfast on request).
Children up to 12 years old pay 10 Eur per night with extra bed.
All other older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night if using extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cots is provided on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Rates include VAT. Depending on the occupancy level, hours may be changed.
Payment methods accepted
Credit cards are accepted, and cash and bank transfer.
Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa Card, Maestro, American Express.
We accept holiday voucher from EDENRED company and SODEXO company.
Booking conditions
Booking accommodation spaces shall be made in writing by completing the reservation form on-line website -Word Press, or e-mail.
Order booking will be confirmed / refuted by the hotel in writing within 24 hours. Supplementing further ordered hotel services will be subject to a new booking order.
If you are booking for telephone / e-mail and do not have your card available data, the advance payment is required to confirm booking.
Conditions for modification / Cancellation
All changes and cancellations will be made only in writing or by phone, stating the date, order number and name clearly reservation of the customer in whose name the reservation was made.
Please note: all bookings guaranteed by credit card will be charged for booking.
If canceled or modified up to 3 days before arrival will not be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-shows will be charged 100% first night.
Restaurant and bar operating program
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00 in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The restaurant is opne from 10:00 for a la carte orders, the last order being accepted 21:30. Room service for restaurant and bar orders may be requestedbfrom 08:00 to 21:30.
Beverages and food outside the complex are forbidden.
Damages
The client is liable to the hotel for damages that have been caused ( by mistake or intentionally to the main building ( as well as its annexes), the interior furniture and the equipament provided by the hotel.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted in the rooms or public spaces. There are special places. The applicable tax for non- compliance is 100 ron for each offense.
Parking space and cars
Free parking is possible on site if available. No reservation is required for parking.
Although we take every precaution we accept no responsibility in case of theft or damage on our property area. We do not take responsability for the forgotton or lost objects within the hotel.
Pets
No pets is allowed.
Hotel Policy Changes
Hotel policy may be changed without making any prior notification.
Final Terms
We consider that any customer, when accesing any service offered by the hotel complex ( hotel, restaurant, bar , conference room, medical Spa and Spa), has acknowledged the terms and conditions mentioned above any tacitly accepted them.
SPA CENTER
The Spa Center will provide towels and slippers.Please do not use towels or other objects in the room in the Spa center. Spa services are paid at the Spa reception.
